Call of Duty 4 Review!

Call of Duty 4 lets you play the role of two people. Sgt. “Soap” McTavish, a newly recruited S.A.S member for the Brits, and Sgt. Johnson, a U.S marine. The storyline is basically the same for both characters. Both characters must find Al Asad, a highly dangerous leader of a group of terrorists, and capture him. Throughout the game, you discover things about this group of terrorists that bring up old memories, and new dangers. There is always a firefight to deal with!…

The online multiplayer is a different story. You start at rank 1: recruit. As you get kills, you gain experience, and after a certain amount of experience, you will level up. After level 4, you will unlock the “Create-a-Class” feature. This will allow you to choose what type of weapon class you would like to use. (Assault, SMG, LMG, Shotgun, and Sniper Rifles.) Each weapon class has multiple weapons, and you must unlock them by gaining experience and becoming higher leveled. You also get to choose Perks. Perks can do many things for you. They can make you have more health, Make your weapon stronger, Let you detect enemy explosives, or even pull out your sidearm for one Last Stand! After becoming level 55: Commander, you get a choice to go into “Prestige Mode”. Prestige Mode strips you of all your weapons, perks, and challenges, and makes you start over, but you get a nifty symbol next to your name saying you did just that. You can do that up to 10 times. You can also unlock things for your weapons, like scopes and silencers, and there is always something to achieve. This game never seems boring, and it is always fun to dominate with your friends in Capture the Flag!
