Cloverfield had a Massive amount of hype for several reasons and one being that its trailer in the Transformers Movie last year didn’t have a title just a clip of this “thing” attacking the Empire State Building basically. No one could really even make out what it was just that a building got attacked or exploded, take your pick. Read the rest of this entry »

Empire Earth III
Empire Earth III is the latest of Sierra’s award winning Empire Earth series, which became popular with Empire Earth I, which is still alive and kicking despite it’s age.
In Empire Earth III, the player takes the role of the leader of either the Western, Middle Eastern, or Far Eastern regions. Each region has entirely different units and buildings. The Far East specializes in very large armies of weak, yet cheap, infantry. The Middle East is all out for hit and run tactics, and favors cavalry units. Western civilizations like to have really strong units, but very few, along with good defenses such as walls, forts, and towers.
As the leader, the player builds a civilization spanning five ages and conquering the Earth in the global campaign. The ages go from earth’s early history in the ancient age, to the guns of the colonial era, and finally ending in the so-called Future era as the robots of the West, the missiles and tanks of the Mid East, and the bio-genetically engineered monstrosities of the Far East collide.
Despite all these great features, the game crashes frequently, costs too much, and has barely any people on the multi-player because it just came out.
When it comes right down to it, I think it would be a great buy for those of the strategy genre, although waiting till the price goes down and the bugs are fixed is recommended. All in all, I give this game a four out of five.
Call of Duty 4 Review!
Call of Duty 4 lets you play the role of two people. Sgt. “Soap” McTavish, a newly recruited S.A.S member for the Brits, and Sgt. Johnson, a U.S marine. Throughout the game, you discover things about this group of terrorists that bring up old memories, and new dangers. There is always a firefight to deal with!… Read the rest of this entry »
